With over 22 years of experience as a postpartum nurse (RN) and hospital lactation consultant (IBCLC), I’ve dedicated my career to helping new moms and their babies thrive. Now in private practice, I provide compassionate lactation support through convenient home and telehealth visits, so you can get the help you need from the comfort of your home.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been an active member of the Northeast Florida Lactation Coalition, serving five counties and working to improve breastfeeding support in our community. For the last five years, I’ve had the privilege of leading the coalition as President.
